Blue Diamond Growers won this year’s Best in Show prize for its TV Spot, The Best Almonds Make the Best Almondmilk.

In the judge’s comments nominating the entry for the prize, he said, “This ad is as close to perfect as you can get. It is beautifully shot with outstanding motivated camera movement. The use of music and narrator voice with the quick editing pace makes it extremely engaging right from the start. It was definitely successful in getting the viewer interested in the product. Very nicely done!”

DFA Annual Meeting Video, Class 31 — Organizational/Identity Video 

Dairy Farmers of America won this year’s Chairman’s Prize, an award that recognizes the Information Fair entry that best illustrates the underlying themes of NCFC’s Farmer Co-ops: Providing for America campaign. They won for their 2016 Annual Meeting Video.

The judge’s comments on the entry said, “Awesome, just completely loved it! It made me excited about the work of DFA, and I’m not a part of it! Love the music, it was engaging from the start. Loved the graphics throughout. They were sharp and vibrant. I also felt like the pacing was right on target. Nothing felt rushed or too quick to read the text, but moved perfectly with the music and kept my interest the whole time. Also, a really nice length. Nice job!”
