16— Color Photograph: Photos must have been used in cooperative communications. If it was published, submit a tearsheet showing proof of publication. For other uses, include explanation of use.

Preparation of Publication Entries

Photos may have been taken by employee or member of cooperative and used for editorial purposes, advertising, displays, or other types of cooperative communications. Name of photographer and position with the cooperative must be listed on back of entry, along with a description of photo’s use. Mount all photos on an 11×14-inch medium weight illustration board.

Entry Fee

Single Entry: $25 member; $50 non-member

Judging Criteria

Criteria consist of the photograph’s impact, initial impression, appropriateness, composition, contrast/clarity, focus, skill in cropping, coordination with layout/design and the quality of the reproduction.
