Preparation of Publication Entries

Cost per issue includes printing, photography, and design. It does not include postage.

Classes 1–6: One entry consisting of two consecutive regular issues of a periodical published at regular intervals. Please list frequency of publication on entry form. Do not submit entries in folders or binders.

Classes 7–9: One copy of Annual Report or One-Time Publication. Do not submit entries in folders or binders.

Entry Fee

Single Entry: $25 member; $50 non-member

Judging Criteria

Classes 1–9: Criteria consist of the publication’s overall appeal, originality, quality, headline wording, writing, editing, layout, illustration treatment, effectiveness of color and typography.
