2025 Washington Conference

Event Overview

With the flurry of administrative action and anticipated legislative activity this summer, this year’s meeting gives farmer co-op leaders from around the country a prime opportunity to meet with key policy makers at a critical juncture.

This year’s program centers around advocacy and prioritizes taking the co-op message directly to Capitol Hill and the administration.

In an effort to maximize your time in Washington, D.C., and broaden our collective impact, attendees’ meeting schedule will be prioritized first by members of Congress of targeted committees based on specific issues of concern, then by each attendee’s specific Congressional delegation, followed by your co-op’s operational footprint.

With guidance from our Government Affairs Committee, NCFC staff will identify our most pressing policy issues for this summer and use those to create a strategic list of relevant members of Congress to focus our lobbying efforts on. Please note, as we get closer to Washington Conference, these issues may change based on myriad factors like Congress’s legislative priorities, activities in and around Capitol Hill, and the administration’s policy priority de jour. Similar to last year, each attendee will be assigned to a small group. These groups will be organized according to your co-op’s region, type, and organizational footprint.

Please click the buttons below to register for the conference and make your hotel reservations. The deadline to register is Friday, June 13, 2025. All registrations received after Friday, June 13 will result in a $100 late registration fee.

We look forward to seeing all of you in Washington this July and as always, please reach out with any questions.
